Amanda McKay

Amanda McKay is working on her M.A. in English literature. She is especially drawn to books that explore complicated and messy women, anything with a dark academia vibe, and the messy side of the human experience. Her favorite book changes frequently, but right now it is I Who Have Never Known Men by Jacqueline Harpman.

When she is not editing, she works as a writing tutor and in a university archives department. Outside of her literary life, she loves coffee, animals, and crocheting. She is passionate about building an inclusive literary space here at Literally.
